Terms of Service — ReputeIQ

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using the ReputeIQ service (“Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). The Service is operated by Alchemy Labs LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of service

ReputeIQ provides AI-assisted tools to help business owners draft responses to customer reviews. The Service uses large language models to generate response suggestions based on review content and your business profile.

AI-generated content is provided as a drafting aid only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, appropriateness, or fitness for purpose of any generated response. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and deciding whether to publish any response.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

Post fake, misleading, or incentivised reviews on any platform.
Harass, threaten, or intimidate reviewers.
Violate the terms of service of any third-party platform (including Google Business Profile, Yelp, Facebook, or others).
Circumvent usage limits or access controls.
Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

4. AI-generated content disclaimer

Responses generated by the Service are drafts produced by an AI model. They may contain errors, omissions, or content that is unsuitable for your specific situation. You must review all AI-generated content before posting it publicly. Alchemy Labs LLC accepts no liability for any consequences arising from publishing AI-generated responses without review and editing.

5. Subscription & billing

Paid plans (Pro, Business) are billed monthly in advance via Stripe.
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the next billing date.
You may cancel at any time through the billing portal at Settings → Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds are issued.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days’ notice. Price changes take effect at your next renewal.
Free plan usage limits (15 AI responses/month) are enforced automatically. Exceeding limits requires upgrading your plan.

6. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of all review content you submit and all AI-generated responses produced on your behalf. By using the Service, you grant Alchemy Labs LLC a limited licence to process your content solely to provide the Service.

The ReputeIQ name, logo, and application code are the intellectual property of Alchemy Labs LLC. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute them without our written consent.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alchemy Labs LLC and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or reputational harm.

Our total cumulative liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) $100 USD.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Account Settings → Danger Zone. Deletion cancels any active subscription and permanently removes your data within 30 days.

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these Terms or if required to do so by law.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Illinois.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice in the app at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
